Want To Get More House For Your Money!

Great news! Interest rates have dropped to record lows again! 

Right now, the 30 year Conventional is approaching the mid 3’s, 15 year is approaching 3, and Government (FHA/VA/USDA) 30 year fixed is down into the mid to low 3’s!

What Does This Mean For You?

We can look at this 2 ways:

1. The house you were looking at yesterday will cost you less today! First, the amount of interest you will pay over the life of the loan will be less. Second, the monthly payment each month will be less with a lower interest rate. 

2. If you were hoping to get more house, you can afford more of a house today than you did yesterday! When a lender qualifies you, they are determining how much of a monthly payment you can afford. If you are paying less in interest, you will have more spending power towards your actual mortgage payment. This means you can afford a higher purchase price for the same amount of money!

What If I Wait Until Later In The Year?

No one can tell us exactly where interest rates will be in the future, but will rates already at record lows there is only one direction to go. That’s right, rates will go up over the year. Don’t miss out on the best opportunity!

After 6 years, the homeowner's payment is lower than the renter's monthly payment

With the tax savings of homeownership, the homeowner's payment is lessthan the rental payment after 3 years
